Ferramenta excelente para se usar em viagens e eventos. Da para calcular previamente IOF e ainda simplifica a resolução dos pagamentos. Se vc viaja em grupos, é uma ferramenta necessaria.

Why is it not working anymore

If someone gives you a deposit for a expense where do you substrate that from the cost!?

I use this every time I travel with my sisters. We don’t have to worry about payback, whoever has money handy can pay and we resolve at the end. It’s just so easy and fabulous. It even works with foreign currency, so when traveling in Europe we could just add expenses in Euros and it converts.

I bought this year's ago when I read a review of it. I use it for every single trip I go on with friends. Just this past weekend, I used it for a five day road trip. Previously, I've used it for a trip that had three couples, two singles, and a few kids. Because you are able to change the coefficient (i.e. Singles are 1 and one from each couple is a 2, and couples with kids could be 3 or more), it adjusts each added expense exactly how you want it to be allocated. And the way it resolves payments at the end is so simple, although often in an unexpected solution. I can't imagine figuring out multi-expense paybacks without it!!

Great app, been using it for years. Glad to see it got updated to 64 bit finally, for iOS 11 (review updated after the update dropped)

Great app. But no longer works on iOS 11. Can we get an updated version?

For years I have been using this app to manage all our travels expenses with friends and family. Share-a-bill is easy and flexible to work on all configurations. Recommended app. Maybe wait till iOS11 compatible version is available...

I've used this for several years now. Whenever I'm involved in an event such as a road trip with friends or a bachelorette weekend, I use it so we don't have to stress about payments every time something is bought. We just settle up at the end of the event. I even use it with my husband because we don't share a bank account! The only thing that would improve it--and I really hope they add this feature--is if there were a Note or Memo space where we could add a little extra info. This would be especially helpful for transfers, which have no other description than the date and the amount (e.g. was it cash? bank transfer? etc.).

Folks, don't buy it. Calculations are all wrong. Just came back from Europe, skiing with friends for 3 weeks. Can you understand my frustration when I discovered we owe each other different amounts? Shame the developer! Want my money back!

Great app for traveling and coordinating events with large groups, friends and family. Can you build in a backup to iCloud so historical events get archived in the event of loss or damage to iphone? That would make this a 6 star app!!

I think it would be better if the app had web application. Also an archive event feature.

I'm having problems with resolutions. The expenses are correct but the final resolutions are wrong. I've send multiple email to support with no response. Please correct or I will ask for money back.

Great for splitting expenses, especially when traveling.

I loved this software until I updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7. Now Share-a-bill doesn't work anymore. I can view my data, but if I try to add a new expense the application closes when I try to assign the payee. Will it be updated? My emails to the developer have gone unanswered. But, before this, the software was great! I track all sorts of shared expenses on it.

Saves the hassle when going on a trip with a bunch of friends. You can even mix different currencies and record when people have paid each other back . I also used this to split costs of living in an apartment with 9 people. No more fights about owing money. Just email the table of expenses to everyone and bam you owe just 1 or two people money, instead of 9 people. It's the perfect app!

I have used this app in multiple trips so far and it's super cool to email the expense details as soon your trip is over..No more excel or paper!!!

The app is great , but i found a bug , the app works fine as long as you have one person paying for certain trip , but if you choose different person to pay certain bills , the resolution will ignore previous amounts owed to 1st person .

Solves everything I need around travel expenses with minimal fuss. The emailed reports are a huge plus!

When will this app support ICloud? It's very important to backup my data. I bought a new iPhone and when restore the backup the data lost!

This app is great! It works perfectly and efficiently. I used to do this by hand and it was complicated, this app is going to save me a lot of time! I really recommend it for someone who plans group trips often. Great work!!

I have tried every app you could find in app store and this is the BEST one out there by far! It does what it says it's easy to set up and the reports are so easy and clear to understand no head scratching here!!!! GREAT JOB!!! Only thing missing is backup with iCloud or Dropbox would be awesome and make it the bomb app!!!!

This appwas difficult to use on a recent trip. Two couples tried to manage bills we both paid. I wound up using paper and a pencil.

For anyone travelling together with anyone else at any time at all, this is an indispensable application. With it, you get help understanding and calculating who owes whom what - without any real effort. You and your travel companions can take turns paying once a meal (or once a whatever you do together) and eat what you like. All is kept in the application and cleared at the end of the trip, reducing the period of making everything “fair” and exact down to the cent to a minimum. You can even export all expenses in excel formats for bookkeeping. This make the trips nicer and no one loses. Win win win.

For those who share a house over the weekend is an excellent app. Instead of taking all the bills and putting it on Excel, splitting it and blablabla, this app does all the work. If this is your purpose, buy it now.

This app is a lifesaver. I used in on a vacation to New York with two friends. With this app, I was able to keep track of expenses without carrying around receipts. I'd pay for Broadway tickets one night, someone else would buy dinner, and someone else would pay for the cab. At the end of the trip, we had a full spreadsheet of who paid for what and how much was owed to each person. It even will email the spreadsheet. Seriously, everyone needs this app.

I've used this application twice now to record shared trip expenses. It's very easy to enter expenses as they occur, or later on, and presents a wonderful spreadsheet that summarizes the trip expenses clearly for all parties. An absolutely no-hassle way to take care of expense recording and just enjoy the trip itself. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most useful apps. We go out with frens and generally different person pays for different expense like food, tickets etc. This app helps to divide the expenses on the best possible way u can think of. This app came as a rescue for me since lot of expenses were pending for almost 6 months which I sorted out and luckily Guys owed me $200 so paying $3.99 was a good investment.

Made life so much easier... Simple to use, great output of final calculations. Look forward to more features being added w/o making it complicated.

I have used this app for over a year and it keeps getting better! It really is a terrific, easy-to-use app and has made figuring out the pro-rata costs of a group of people as quick and easy as one can imagine. I have used it with a group of guys on a golf trip and recorded every expense from departure to landing - who paid for it and who should share in the costs through several days. In an instant, it calculates the final resolution and who should write a check to whom. It sure has saved a lot of time and effort - not to mention eliminated disagreements! Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Handles multiple currencies, unequal splits and cash transfers. Also has nice email export summary. Does everything I need it to.

A must have app for a group of people while traveling. Makes expense tracking a realy simple task to do. Try the lite version and see for yourself. I will definitely use it again during holidays. Highly recommended!

Excellent app for travelling colleagues to keep track of who throws down their credit card. One suggestion I have is to allow import/export or backup/restore. It's one of my only apps that have significant amounts of data, with no way to move those sets of data to/from another system. Note - have had no issues w/ the latest upgrade. Suggest delete/reinstall if you've had. Of course, this would be MUCH more useful with import/export or backup/restore... --hint, hint--

Great app before the update but now it doesn't even load up. Please fix.

I travel with friends frequently and we often divide expenses among the group in different proportions. Previously I devised a complicated spreadsheet to handle the calculations for who owed what to whom, and it was fairly laborious to do. This app makes it so easy to do exactly the same thing, especially if you use the coefficient function that lets you divide expenses unevenly. This is one of the most useful, time-saving apps on my iPhone, and it saves us from having to divide expenses on the spot while we're traveling - everyone just saves receipts for whatever they paid for, and this app crunches all the numbers after we get home. Five stars plus.

The app works like it says it does, it's got an easy interface, and it just took twenty minutes off my bi-monthly bills! Thanks for the extra 8 hours of free time over the next year! If you split bills with roommates and they like to put semi-shared items on the tab, this will alleviate any headache. Can be used for monthly expenditures or trips. The best part? A CLEAN export. The chart in my email was the best I've seen from any app yet. Add each group member directly from the address book and when it's time to reconcile it emails everyone or those you select. Nice work developers! Polished from icon to export and well worth the $! :)

Am on vacation with several others. I was trying to put together a spreadsheet when I thought "there's an app for that" - sure enough. It works well and the interface is nicely designed. One thing I wish it would have is a way to setup a default coefficient for a "person" so that it can always automatically factor in the other people that person is responsible for (kids). Otherwise - simple and good

I really consider this a four star app. Can't get you thru their website so I will assume check the reviews. Guys, you need to add the ability to enter mileage and I would give it five stars.

I want to remove my previous negative review of this product. The problem was operator error on my part. The program does works correctly. I am very pleased with it's features and performance. My only wish is the capability of taking a photo of each bill and then be able to tag it to the expense item. That would give the program 5 stars in my view.

This is the best of the three shared expense apps I've tried. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I can't pick people from my Contacts. You should be able to do this, and then when you create the email to send out, it should automatically populate the "To:" field with their email addresses. Other than that it's a great app.

It works exactly the way one should expect. The report in the email is fabulous. I would like to see a provision to take a picture of the sales reciept in the next version. Also a way to generate a report showing only the items which are shared expense, there by ignoring the items in the report which are not owed by any one. Basically some customization options to configure report generation.

Well, this taught me to more carefully check the compatibilty section of any app I'm interested in. After looking at all the different expense-type apps and then downloading this one, iTunes told me it couldn't be synced because it's not compatible with my iPod, apparently because it's a "1st genereation" iPod touch. I wonder if I can get my $1.99 back...

I have lots of apps, but this is the first time I have felt the need to write a review. This is hands down, the best shared expense app I have seen. It has an intuitive and intelligent GUI, and best of all -and the reason for the 5 stars- it is the only one where you can unevenly share expenses by using a coeficient: excellent! I have been looking for this feature for the longest time. I just hope the developers are actively supporting and even improving the app.

Simple and straight forward. Very intuitive user interface. Ability to email resolutions to my friends is really awesome!

This is the worst, most confusing program I have ever attempted to work with. While it's only 99 cents, I may as well have stood on the corner and thrown the money into the street. I don't claim to be the brightest bulb in the lamp, but I do o.k.
