Great app!!! Thnks a lot...

The only minor change Id like to see is the possibility of setting a coefficient for a person. For couples going in vacation with single persons, it would help the process not to have to set this coefficient for each expense. Still, it makes splitting the costs a breeze compared to excel. 5 stars!!!

Splitting a restaurant bill by entering each persons COEFFICIENT? Thats not user-friendly at all! Heres an idea: split the bill equally at first, then let us edit amounts. For each of them, add an On/Off button for "automatic adjustment", so each time we edit one amount, you can automatically adjust the other ones equally. Maybe always keep one amount for auto adjustment too. That way, the total will never be wrong.

Ive been trying for a long time to find a good application to split travel costs and none could satisfy my expectations as far as SHARE-A-BILL. Congratulations to the developers! An excellent tool to facilitate the division of travel expenses! Only one thing to improve, guys... when one member settles the debt, we need allocate this payment and give that debt as paid. I cannot find out this functionality.

It is very helpful if you are not paying in different currencies. In my last trip I was using 3 different currencies and it Was not so good.

Hier kommt genau DAS Programm, was ich in sovielen Urlauben mit Freunden vermisst habe. Endlich geht es gerecht zu, ohne mühsame Buchhaltung, zeitaufwändige Berechnungen und Streits. Thank you for this awesome App! I miss automated currency conversion and updates though, this feature would absolutely make it a killer app. Please also add optional tax/tip calculation, as seen in other apps.

This little program is everything that I need to share expenses with friends for all kinds of activities and trips. The fact that it also offers currency conversion is a great plus for us Canadians living near the US border. The email option is a wonderful bonus to an already complete program. The interface is a little confusing and you sometimes have to tap too many times to do some of the things that could be done differently but after a few minutes of using it, it doesnt get too much in the way. Keep updating this little gem!

Would be a 4-5 star rating if there was a way of easily checking off debts. (i.e. Bob owed me 10 bucks, and paid me, now I can check it off)

Ive used this for several years now. Whenever Im involved in an event such as a road trip with friends or a bachelorette weekend, I use it so we dont have to stress about payments every time something is bought. We just settle up at the end of the event. I even use it with my husband because we dont share a bank account! The only thing that would improve it--and I really hope they add this feature--is if there were a Note or Memo space where we could add a little extra info. This would be especially helpful for transfers, which have no other description than the date and the amount (e.g. was it cash? bank transfer? etc.).

This is the worst, most confusing program I have ever attempted to work with. While its only 99 cents, I may as well have stood on the corner and thrown the money into the street. I dont claim to be the brightest bulb in the lamp, but I do o.k.

Simple and straight forward. Very intuitive user interface. Ability to email resolutions to my friends is really awesome!

I have lots of apps, but this is the first time I have felt the need to write a review. This is hands down, the best shared expense app I have seen. It has an intuitive and intelligent GUI, and best of all -and the reason for the 5 stars- it is the only one where you can unevenly share expenses by using a coeficient: excellent! I have been looking for this feature for the longest time. I just hope the developers are actively supporting and even improving the app.

Well, this taught me to more carefully check the compatibilty section of any app Im interested in. After looking at all the different expense-type apps and then downloading this one, iTunes told me it couldnt be synced because its not compatible with my iPod, apparently because its a "1st genereation" iPod touch. I wonder if I can get my $1.99 back...

It works exactly the way one should expect. The report in the email is fabulous. I would like to see a provision to take a picture of the sales reciept in the next version. Also a way to generate a report showing only the items which are shared expense, there by ignoring the items in the report which are not owed by any one. Basically some customization options to configure report generation.

This is the best of the three shared expense apps Ive tried. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I cant pick people from my Contacts. You should be able to do this, and then when you create the email to send out, it should automatically populate the "To:" field with their email addresses. Other than that its a great app.

I want to remove my previous negative review of this product. The problem was operator error on my part. The program does works correctly. I am very pleased with its features and performance. My only wish is the capability of taking a photo of each bill and then be able to tag it to the expense item. That would give the program 5 stars in my view.
